So, you're hoping to make a new character? This is the place to start. Please make sure you've read the rules beforehand. You may not roleplay characters until they are posted, complete, and have been looked over and approved by a staff member. Please keep this in mind, as breaking this rule will give you a warning.
Note: Be sure to check the Census to make sure the character you want to make isn't banned from over-population!
Note: Kusa clan is currently still under maintenance and will not be accepting any members.
__________________________________________________ Name: The name of your character. It can be anything but cannot be changed and does not have to follow a certain pattern. Last names are optional, and you can list any nicknames or aliases here too if you wish.
Species: Which species of Pokemon is your character? Please put the classification (the _____ Pokemon) and National Pokedex number here, too. Your character cannot be accepted with out it. Your character cannot be of a banned species, must be at its first and earliest Evolutionary stage, and cannot be a Legendary Pokemon. The exceptions to the earliest stage is that if your Pokemon has a Level Up Evolution that is low enough to be achieved at creation, such as a Caterpie starting at Level 15 could instead start as a Butterfree or a Metapod.
Gender: Is your character male or female? If your character's species is genderless, please list what it prefers to be referred to as. Species with set genders must be of their set gender, with the sole exception of the Vullaby and Rufflet evolutionary lines.
Affiliation: What Clan is your character a part of, or is your character a rogue? Normally this cannot be changed unless certain in-character events happen. Also, please keep in mind the population of all the Clans beforehand; we don't want everyone to be in one or two clans, nor do we want to put bans in place on which Clans are available.
Position: What is your character's rank in his or her clan? Choose from Scouter, Knight, or Healer. You can also start as an Apprentice or a Baby. If your character is a rogue, leave this blank unless your character is a baby. Baby rogues must have a guardian's name listed. A guardian is another existing rogue character and must be an agreement between the two users who own the characters partnered; you cannot pick someone randomly and the Guardian's owner will be PMed to confirm the partnership. Keep in mind the slots open for each position's population when deciding, as we do not want to overpopulate.
Note: Once Beta Testing ends, all characters will have to begin as an apprentice until you can buy your way into being within the warrior level.
Level: Your character's starting level. Babies of any affiliation start at Level 5, Rogues and Apprentices start at level 10 while Knights, Healers, and Scouts made during beta testing can be level 15.
Ability:You may pick one ability that cannot be changed among normal circumstances for your character. This can be any a species can have, including hidden ones.
Moveset: Your character may start with any moves learned at levels less than or equal to your starting level and one egg move that fits with any one your character's parents (here offspring can be either one of the parents' species instead of them automatically being the female). Also, please note the level or method learned. Leave unfilled move slots blanks.

Appearance: This section, although it may be longer on some sites, is generally short here. And if it is long, that's a good sign you've gone too far. you don't have to explain what your character's species looks like, just the differences from that species. Things like differently colored eyes are fine but blue instead of brown fur is not. Things like a light and natural looking pattern, a slightly different body part (longer, shorted, bigger, slightly differently shaped, ect.) are fine, but things like wings or horns where there shouldn't be are not. Also note any scars and your character's build if they are bigger, smaller, thinner, taller, or have any other basic difference than how their species is depicted in canon.
Personality: This is the first of two sections in the bio template that has a word count. You must type a minimum of 50 words here, which is the site word count. Tell us about your character's personality here. What are his or her talents, flaws, and quirks? How does she behave around other Pokemon and what is his thoughts of his Clan and their rivalries and code? How does he act, battle, talk, and think, and what does she like and dislike? You aren't limited to just these and are free to expand on this any way you like.
History: This section also has a 50 minimum word count. Please explain your character's backstory and past, up to the present where he or she will be introduced. Was he born to a Clan or born a Rogue, and if so did he ever join a clan? How was she trained and what events made her the Pokemon she is today? Who was his family and friends? Please note that your character cannot have any relation to humans since they disappeared long ago and any backstories including Legendary Pokemon must be approved by an Admin beforehand.

Remember!
The title of your bio needs to have the character's name, species and the clan(or lack of) that they are in, otherwise it will not be approved or -especially in the case of clan members- may not be looked at at all.
