Appearance: Richard's tail is much fluffier than other Meowth's tails due to being the son of an Arcanine.
Personality: Richard has a very devious and free spirited person personality. Being a Meowth, his main interests are in riches or rare items, which Richard is willing to do anything to get his hands on. Whether it through battling, thievery, or deception, Richard will do anything to get these valuable items. Being this way, he is a very untrustworthy person, never keeping a promise unless it involves him getting something out of it. Richard is also a mischief maker, starting trouble whenever he can to make life more interesting for him. Richard loves seeing chaos unfold before him almost as much as riches, regardless of how it started. He feels an immense sense of enjoyment out of it that Richard feels like he needs it to live life to it's fullest. Peace is a word that doesn't exist to him, believing that it's an impossible and boring dream that the pokemon of Fubiki cling onto because their cowards in his eyes. Richard is also a master strategist, devising schemes and plots that allow him to accomplish his current goal in whichever way he pleased. While Richard tends to keep a cocky and playful attitude, his anger can get the best of him when someone denies him of riches or seeing chaos unfold. Richard also can't stand water do to being a cat pokemon, hating the feeling it gave to his fur.
History: Born to a Persian mother an Arcanine father, Richard grew up in the Fubuki clan, living a fairly normal and peaceful life. While most in Fubuki would be content with a peaceful lifestyle, Richard wasn't part of that majority. The longer and longer he lived in Fubuki, the more he became bored with it. Richard longed for a more enjoyable life filled with riches and excitement. He tried to make the best of what he could, constantly trying to make trouble before getting in trouble, but it at least gave him a little enjoyment. Eventually, Richard became tired of this life and decided to move on. So after a few days of storing up some stolen food, Richard took off and began a new life that he would make himself. He now spends his time wandering around, looking for rare items and riches, a way to make trouble, or just something fun to do.
