Personality: Igor is a rather childish Pokémon, often using his ability to goof around and play pranks on others. Igor also tends to be a bit of a woman-(and man- and genderless- and everything else)izer, not seldomly attempting to charm a Pokémon he comes across. However, should he be on a mission, Igor takes the situation very seriously, treating it like a game without tolerating any failures on his part.
Off duty he is a cheerful character, who tries to be as helpful as possible to anyone he comes across.
This usually includes members of any other clan, unless he somehow acquires knowledge about some evil thing that specific Pokémon had done.
History: Born into the Fubuki Clan, the young Igor quickly grew frustrated at being excluded from every game of Hide-and-Seek for being too good. Thus he decided to take up training for the position of Scout.
Despite this, the rest of his childhood was fairly normal and uneventful.
After managing to reach the position of Scout, Igor was finally able to play those games himself, considering the missions he is sent on as games, explaining his rather childish attitude towards them. Nevertheless he is a talented spy, easily capable of hiding from most foes.
