Unlike most other Eevee, Kaori has white paw tips and ear tips.
Personality:
Kaori is a very laid back pokemon, sometimes almost frustratingly so as it would appear that she doesn't take a lot of things seriously. Despite this, she is an extremely dependable and trustworthy clanmate who will almost always put others before herself when the situation calls for it. If someone asks her to do something, you can guarantee that 'something' will get done... just it might take a little more time than you might like. When it comes to her clan, there is no one more loyal than Kaori, though she might not always appear to be the most respecful at times due to her tendency to entertain a joke or two every now and then. Kaori likes to enjoy herself in what she does, always finding little subtle ways to make even the most tedious of tasks enjoyable. She is also a pokemon who refuses to let little things bother her, quickly moving on from negative comments, or the mistakes of herself and others with a confident stride in her step. Despite this, that does not mean that she does not heed the words of others and learn from her mistakes.
When it comes to other clans, Kaori pretty much holds the same attitude to them as she does her own clanmates, though she is often more respectful to Fubuki Clan members as she greatly admires the way unique ways in which they use their moves to fight and hunt. She is however also found to be slightly more likely to come out with disrespectful remark to those of Rikai and Kasai due to their histories of thievery and corruption respectively, though this doesn't prevent her from forging positive relationships with members of both clans at gatherings.
When she becomes a fully fledged Scout, I also imagine she would be quite popular with the apprentices due to her fun loving attitude to all aspects of life.
History:
Born to a Kecleon and a Leafeon and with no siblings, Kaori's early life was neither tragic nor particularly eventful. Her mother, the Leafeon, held a position as a healer in the clan and had opted to train for it after watching her brother die to wounds inflicted by a crocodile attack shortly after he began his apprenticeship. Kaori herself wasn't born when this incident occurred, but the story has been told many times to her by her mother, Chloe in an effort to get her daughter to understand the dangers of these large animals that some clan members catch as prey.
Kaori has always looked up to both of her parents, but none more so than her father, a Kecleon by the name of Chaunce (pronounciation). A skilled Mizu Clan scout, Chaunce used his natural camouflaging abilities to become one of the best hunters of the clan. Kaori shares his equally laid back attitude, though Chaunce has always been a little more carefree and is often unreliable when it comes to keeping his promises. Kaori's admiration for her father's abilities are what made her decide that she wished to evolve into a Vaporeon if the chance ever arose, as in Mizu Clan's watery environments it's ability to shift it's body into water-like molecules would mean she could become as equally skilled as Chaunce was. Unfortunately, Chaunce himself refused to take on an apprentice and so when Kaori's time came to choose which path she wanted to take, she was assigned another Scout as a mentor.
Other: Nothing of note. Except she needs a mentor again now so anyone who's willing I'd be grateful. Until then I can just not mention her mentor very much xD | |
